For the fast road/track car.

Thinking about 330mm, suede. Not seen any which have really caught my eye.

Pics of others?

I'm buying a new OMP Velocita 350mm leather steering wheel this weekend from tweeks, I have a 300mm suede one at the moment but it's too small and the suede wears quickly...

Sparco ring right? I just bought the same but without the flat bottom. Couldnt decide which to go for- was really funny holding them both up in tweeks doing driving impressions at the counter  Did you get the fitting kit as well. I tried to fit mine to my snap off boss and it wont fit!

It's the Sabelt steering wheel from the cup racers....only available directly from R.Sport, I rang up a few months back to enquire about one but decided against it in the end...

Aye lad sparco ring!

Ive bought mine online from larkspeed, bought a boss kit and a pop off boss kit from elsewhere.

Are you fitting yours the right way? You fit the Sparco boss kit for the wheel, then the pop off then the wheel.

What does it feel like to hold, I have only bought it from a picture!

I have an OMP Corsica Blue 350 mm. I think it's far better than the Renault steering wheel (especially on serpentines) and looks very good :)

Yep im doing it the right way. It used to have a universal boss with two different hole patterns in it with the snap off boss bolted to that and then the other half bolted to a raid wheel- they said i should be ok if it had a raid one on before but they were wrong! Ah well you live and learn.

It feels great matey you wont look back really nice feel to it and itl keep you warm in the winter lol

Slightly off topic chaps but in yanoo's picture of his will he has the left hand drive pedal box but with the different rubber accelerator pedal - does anyone think that wouldn't fit a right hand drive?

I'm think heel toe would be so much easier :D

DaveH

No reason why it shouldnt do as the pedal spacings and the pedals will be identical- just switched to the other side. Getting hold of one (if its original for lhd) on the other hand would be hard to do!
