I've just dropped my engine back in and haven't got any idea how the left and right mounts were positioned :(

I've done a search and seen the posts about vibrations and stuff, and see the minimum clearance in the haynes bible, but wondered if anybody had any tips on aligning it?

I've got the R19 mount installed and a polybushed dogbone so hoping that might help me get it at least half right lol

Cheers

as above really, and look out for wear marks where the bolts/nuts used to be

^^ The man knows ;)

The degree of accuracy that you're talking about here isn't even worth losing sleep over as it is taken up within the CV joint tollerance. Just make sure the engine fits in the hole and all bolts go in there allocated holes correctly without stripping threads before tightening everything up and it'll be fine... don't forget to go around and fully tighten everything afterwards though or else I promise it won't be funny!
