Any recommended Body Shop in London/SE UK to fix me rust?

Got a bubble on the drivers sill (size of a 10p) plus a little bit of surface on the rear arches at the very bottom.

I've had a few estimates from Chips Away etc who say to leave it or do the job myself, nothing worse than a bodge on metallic paint I say,

Can anyone recommend a good garage who's experienced/savvy with the Williams' rust probs in the south east uk/london area?
