im very very very new to the valver scene so please please can some one tell me whats with the numbers eg 442 432???

is it paint codes??
is it model numbers??

please help.

Dunno bout 442 but 432 is the paint code for monaco blue as found on williams 3's iirc

were on the car can it be found then ill know what mine is coz ive seen willys the same colour as mine so is there a slight difference?

On the slam panel near the headlight, under the bonnet, there is a metal plate with the VIN on it. The paint code is also listed on this plate.

Williams 1 & 2 were 449 sports blue and 3's 432

Look under the bonnet, on top of the drivers side headlight is a metal plate with all the cars info on it. Look on the right hand side of the plate there is an oval shape with numbers in it, 2nd row from the bottom in the middle the 3 numbers stamped there is the paint code

nice colour my m8 had a 1.2 in that it was nice and shiney when polished.

ill have a look 2mora when i go see my it again poor thing is sat on my m8s drive till i get rid of the pug lol
