Just thought I'd share with you some pics of my old Pug. Hope you like. I shall not get involved in this modding malarky and get carried away again!

This is it with the old wheels....

And a shit one, but you get a better idea of the colour and the black wheels

And an engine shot (dodgy red plastic covers can be ignored  )

Better than the Williams?

Cheers guys.

Stromba, that particular one wasn't really anything like a standard 205, but I did have a couple of standard Pugs at various times as well. I'd have to give it to the Pug for pure driver focused thrills. Believe it or not, the Williams is pretty tame compared! Hair-trigger throttle response, mega fast gear change, meaty and communicative steering, free-revving engine (1600 was a sweater unit), and such a great chassis - can steer it on the throttle and is so nimble and responsive.

Having said that, they were evil bastards if you took liberties. Because of that things could get hairy at times and a Clio would probably be more enjoyable to throw around. I prefer the Williams, as it's more forgiving but still has the talent...but that's because I'm a wuss!

I do miss it though :(

I can beleive it. My mum had a 1.9 diesel and even that handled well.

Yeah, the black wheels make the car I reckon. A bit tame with the TSWs on.

Plate was quite cheap actually. Not much demand for it from anyone else funnily enough! :P

Hope thats not a single wiper conversion? :D

Zollo

Errr....erm....yeah, but it was taken from a 405 touring car actually. Specifically developed to work at speeds over 150mph.

And even if it wasn't, I would have made up for it by having a Clio rear wiper, surely? :?

Cheers. Colour is Lamborghini Candy Apple Blue .....or 'One-off' blue, to anybody who asked when I still had the car! That was my colour. :P

As 2 live says, that'll be the carbs and inlet manifold making it look bigger. Was just the standard 8v 1.9, but with head gasflowed and a Piper cam. Sounded great

Probably the same performance as a healthy Willy with zorst and decat, I reckon.

Owned by the same guy since I sold it 4 years ago. But it's on its third rebuild (due to crashes - one with me, two with him  ). Coming back to life as a serious track weapon - Mi16, steel bottom end and throttle bodies, completely stripped out. Not going to keep it that colour though :(
