Clever lol, suprised he didn't die when he got down, those harnesses, if you are hanging in them you only have a few mins before you pass out, and then gotta be really careful on your posture when you go come down as they cut off blood flow to the legs, that excavator had to be getting close to tipping over too going at those speeds
