My williams 3 - whats left of it!!

well thought id post a few pics of my williams 3, bought it 4 year ago and it looked like this....

bought it with 69k on the clocks, std car with just a devil stainless cat back system it came with, added my plate onto it and a few smaller mods like springs and 4pots, within a year i used it on trackdays, only ever managed a few days due to being so unreliable!

well this is whats left of it! the old rot bug is well and truely eating away lol both archs, both sills, the n/s B-piller, o/s A-piller, both front inner wings, subframe, tailgate, doors etc etc

i have a L reg 16v hybrid aswell! which isnt rusty and has been a great car!

Looks like it...the water collects under and around the seals in thos corners...I had some minor rust in the areas when I stripped my car for the re-spray.

i think thats a common thing,the opening rear quarters musnt seal properly,when i stripped my valver out they'd gone both sides

These willy 3's are crap arnt they? Have they all got the major rust problem inserted when they were built? 1 & 2 seem to be a much better choice or is it just me?

yeah i think most later williams/16v must have been skimped on sealer!

my hybrid is a 1993 L and is almost fully rust free!

then i'll cut it up and weigh it in, lol

lol if you do that i will fetch a stillsaw and welder and cut you v6 down and weld the front on upside down before squashing the orange!
