Anyone know how these work?
Needing to run it with my omex 600 management, but i need to get my hands on the plug for it, and i also notice there is a second plug.
Also what to do with all the breathers etc on it.
has it got a TPS on it? if not you'll need to fit one. The only breather you will need is the ISCV if your running one.

yes, but the plug is not the same as the clio one.. so i need to know where to get a plug from.
It seems to have 2 plugs going to it rather than 1 as the clio bodies do.
What does it matter if its different to a clio one?! just wire it up to the Omex...doesnt matter what plug you use. By a 3pin connector for anything/any vehicle...it doesnt matter much what its from.

will browse the electronics shops online. What is the other 3 pin on the manifold all about?

is that for the idle control?
is that for the idle control?
icv if for idle control mate , throttle body is fully shut on idle .
all tps does is to tell your ecu how open and how much air the
butter flies are letting into the manifold and gives right amount of
fuel accordingly .

hmmm bit confused now... dont think the OMEX has any wiring for the ICV... will have to check tho... hmm
The ecu has an output for it.
Its not always necessary, ive done a few without, you should be ok. You can just fiddle with the base map to give it a strong idle.

I will have a look... should be ok just to stand on the pedal till i get the engine run in etc.
Any issues with letting it run for a bit before its run in.. dont want to break it before its working (if you get me).
Andy
try to avoid excessive idling
I take it you've blocked up the EGR valve port on the bottom front yeah Andy?
