Finding video card

Bought myself a mini-ITX motherboard couple weeks ago. So, I have been trying to locate a rather unique PCI-E video card:

1) Less than 8 inch long, the shorter the better. Don't need to be low-profile.
2) Single-slot.
3) Having decent performance (better than 8600GT or HD3850).

Am having no luck so far. I am starting to think it does not exist. Anyone see something that fits the bill, please do point me to the web link of the card. Thanks.

Doesn't exist.

So far, the best I found that fits the bill is the Gigabyte fanless 8600GT. Am hoping someone here might have seen a better performing card before I go get that card. Am trying to make my custom PC case as small as possible, but the length of vid card does stick out over the ITX mobo quite a bit (even at 8 inch).
