Panizzi brothers were heavily accused (along with Francios Delacour) of illegal recce drives before almost every French WRC rounds that they had participated in - back when they had factory drives. Heh, judging by the errors in the video over the British stages, maybe those rumors were true!

But, OTOH, it looked like he was driving over sheets of ice :shock:

Purple :~ Further to your accusations of Giles Panizzi and Francois Delecour,they were actually penalised on one WRC round,not for illegal reccing in a car ~~ but being on the stages on push bikes !!! :oops: :lol: :oops: .I must admit,it seems hard to penalise people,in this way but the FIA et al work in mysterious ways. :twisted: :roll: :twisted:

Weren't they both (Panizzi and Delacour) also fined/warned for physically fighting with each other in the service area. I vaguely remembered Gronholm making a small joke about it in an interview. The funny thing was all 3 of them was in the same team at the time! :D
