Do the 16v and Williams share the same wishbones?

If so what is it that makes the Williams track wider? Would any given point on a 16v wishbone be the same distance from the same point on the opposite wishbone in both a 16v and a Williams?

Would be a bit illogical to stamp "CLW1" on the wishbone, if it is also for the 16V. But then again, logic on a french car is a bit of an oxymoron.

Like northy says, wishbones are wider for the williams/R19 16V...
