Hello everyone :)
Have been on here and williamsclio for a few months now and has been essential in getting my winter project up and running. I would have probably given up before now as i have come across a fair few problems along the way. So a big thankyou to everyone who has provided help or parts :)
I am the proud owner of a clio v6 and i am very good friends with Bayliss who has really got me into these cars and hence the winter project.
I bought a blue valver back in October with no tax and no mot and thought it would keep me busy over the winter while the v6 is hibernating in the garage.
I finally got it mot'd and taxed last weekend hence why i am introducing myself now.
The car was in ok condition but unforeseen problems have occured :( Including snapping the accelarator cable just 4 hours after finally getting it mot'd!!
Parts that have been replaced so far:
2 rear calipers.
2 handbrake cables.
New steering column. (winston)
Front discs. (ebay)
Pads all around.
Rust free tailgate. (dancliovalver)
Rear bumper. (talkingfish)
Bonnet release cable. (renault)
Phase 1 ecu. (ebay)
Williams interior.
Williams carpet.
Williams dials.
Williams gearknob.
Williams seatbelts.
Wiliams decals.
Mongoose exhaust. (mike16valver)
New front doorcards with williams material swapped. (winston)
ISCV (ebay)
Pontometer (ebay)
Rust free window sunrounds. (local scrapyard)
New alloys (ebay)
Re-sealed sunroof.
Oil and filter change.
Accelerator cable.
A lot of derusting and undersealing.
Chip (yet to fitted) (jwarren2k2)
Gearbox - as a reserve in the garage (winston)
Anyways enough of the talking heres a few piccies:

So once again thanks to everyone who has kept me going in terms of parts and help on both of these forums. It has been a brilliant source of information and help.
Many thanks.
