well after a poor start to the day, trekking all the way down to aarons with liam (mozzarooni) to do his clutch. got there and the muppet had forgotten his locking wheel nut key, so back home we went

so i spent the best part of the day tinkering on the clio in my missus dads garage, i really need to get a garage now, love it! 8)

car tucked up under the house, view from the workstation/brew corner :P

and view down the car, note rear wheel off, more on that later...

took the sunroof out and the both rear plexi windows to get them chopped down to fit 1.2 seals and finally make the car water tight after a year

out with the old phase 1 bobbly sunroof

and in with the new phase 2 roof with no bobbles, much smoother 8) cheers to richy for it

no further pics of the suroof, but by end of day i had resealed the drip trays in the subframe and tigersealed the sunroof itself back into the roof of the car, not to mention sealing the aerial aswell

i had also cracked my side ext on a speed bump, the rear outer weld on the box had fractured around the entire circumference of the box, so one of the fitters at work welded it back up for me on friday

as said before, wheel was off, this was for me to address the first signs of rust on the drivers arch before they have a chance to take hold, so sanded it all back and rust treated it four times, over last week

then today, masked and taped it all off for primer, which i put 3 coats of white of on, thats got to be left overnight to harden, then next week i'll sand that back, add colour, sand back again and laquer it, wont be amazing but i'll keep it as mint as i can!lol

and some random shots in the garage lighting, makes for a cool softness to the pics i think, altho they arent amazing as was my camera phone

:) Yours must spend as much time in the garage as mine. Difference is yours gets better but mine just gets fixed!
