Fitted it yesterday. Set the clip so it's got the same amount of slack at the TB end as before, but the pedal now sits as far up as it can with no give in it.

Is this right? Is it just because it's not worn in yet? I'd expect some stretching of the cable over time I suppose.

i usually set the clip so that the acc pedal sits about same level as other pedals, then check to make sure iv still got full throttle.....if not i move the clip til i have , and pedal will be near enuff bout same as other 2..

I'll have to have a fiddle then. The pedal's sat about 1inch higher or maybe more.

Was kangarooing like a twat this morning in the stop start traffic! :oops:

how do you set this clip to level the pedal...our kids is higher than where it should be imo.

That's what I did.
It was also catching slightly on the brake fluid bracket.. so it was "clicking". Free'd that and it was sorted.. much better.
