Standard Ride Height - Ground To Arch?

Can someone with standard ride height and wheels measure the distance from the ground to the underside of the arch for me?

The front is massively too low on my standard car (<21") but unsure exactly how high it should be. Think the rear is at the correct height (22.75") however it would be nice to have confirmation.

what shocks have u on the front, if its not been lowered then it sounds like a spring is broken

Allegedly the suspension is all standard, but I suspect the car has lead an interesting past, so wouldn't be surprised to find a standard spring with a coil or two cut off it in there.

Just heading out to cut down some trees so I can put the car on solid ground, once I have something solid underneath I can jack it up and have a look.
