View Full Version : Fiberglass Bonnet sprayed and fitted (lots of pics)

Finaly got my fiberglass bonnet sprayed as i was sick of it being matt black, had the front smoothed over properly and a few other bits that needed doing, Colour match is 100% imo which is a result as they just took the colour code without matching to the car but it came out perfect anyway :D few pics....

yeah im well happy with the fit, had the std bonnet on this week and couldnt get the bastard sitting straight :roll: , Daz i prefer it smoothed :D

do you have a detailing kit?

doug : cheers mate, if polishing the car by hand i use autoglym srp if by pc then menzerna final finish. then wax it with swissvax onyx which gives the paint loads of depth :D will also clay the car if need be....

Cliolord: dont be a pussy get an alarm that goes off when the bonnet is taken off :wink: or dont park the car anywhere dodgy lol

car looks cool, you've done a good job with it

shame they don't do a bonnet like that with hinges, I'd be paranoid of it getting knicked too,

love the de badged look, looks cleaner to me
