clutch cable

my willy doesnt seem to be running right, ssems to be low on power, compression tested fine and has the correct gear box etc. clutch bites very close to the floor so i am wondering if it could be that the clutch cable is nakered?

change it and see mate, thats the only way to know. am doing mine now in the hope its reason for my clutch slip, fiddly job tho, am not finishin till weekend as am lazy
