Oil filter

How much should you pay for an oil filter for a williams?

Also do you need any special tool to get the drain plug offf, time for the cup cars oil to come out and replace with expensive race fluid!!!! Only done 150 miles since i had ot back but im one that likes to change the fluids regularly....lol

150 miles? can i buy the old oil off you? lol You need a drain plug key, and a double jointed terminator grip hand to extract the filter :lol:

8mm square for the drain plug, iirc.

i did have a modified 3/8 extension bar which worked a treat ;)

the sump key is around 3.50 from Halfrauds, filter should be around 5quid for genuine i think, see what you have on, it may be an after market one with a nut on the top, mine came off real easy with my filter ratched strap, shouldnt be too tight

I am swapping the oil after every track day. Always have done in all my track cars.....................

Shouldnt you let it run in for more than 150 miles on the new engine before an oil change?
