How to recognize willy cams?

My friend BGHayabusa has found used "willy" camshafts but he is wondering are they really from a williams... Could you suggest a way to recognize them as such... He thinks of putting them in his valver..

check the overall height of the lobe...i.e across the widest part.

I'll measure a set tommorow and put the figures up so you have a comparision.

I quick question - what difference will these cams do on a stock valver engine only with chip?
