GSF headgasket sets

What do they consist of?

I assume you get the inlet/exhaust/tb gaskets too?

Its this one;

You get the exhaust gasket, the inlet gasket, the head gasket obviously, the rocker cover gasket and a load of seals.

Some of the bits I am not sure about. They look like they are something for the valves, little roundish platic thingies with tiny springs around them.

I think there are cam shaft seals and a couple of round rubber seals too. I've yet to find out what it's all for!
