Door lock

Hi! Can someone please tell mi how to install door lock? Because when I put it in it keeps falling out. I can't turn it the other way around because of those small teeth on the side? Is there an o-ring that prevents it from falling out? I hope you understand what my problem is.

Ah, I realized that I lost that clamp that holds it in.
