cheers matt
std ride height, get new willy o/e shocks from renault and 200lb 172 cup springs to fit to them.

Think struts are about £40 each? 172 Cup springs you can get 2nd hand for £30-50 (try CS or ebay), otherwise get genuine willy springs from renault (that are identical to standard 172 springs) for about £90 each LoL

Forgive me but if you want new suspension and not wanting to adjust it and leave it at standard height surely the best option is just replacing old for new with genuine stuff?
