Plenty of ways around that.

Try using an anonymous proxy service like youhide, proxify etc.

Just arm yourself with a list of anonymous proxy server sites like youhide.com, proxify.com etc. So that whenever your admin blackilsts the proxy server you are using, just change to another proxy server. Usage is pretty simple, just key in your blocked URL and the proxy server will bring you there anonymously.

Just google for "anonymous proxy service" and quite a few should come up.

Alternatively, you can try changing IE/firefox built-in proxy. Here's a proxy list that's updated regularly http://www.samair.ru/proxy/. It's less convenient than using websites like youhide.com though.

You could subscribe to a secure tunnel service, that way everything would be tunneled through port 443 (secure https) or whatever port you choose. No way they could block that, well unless they realise what your doing, no way they could snoop your traffic though as it'd be encrypted.

I work from home so no problems for me
