Just watching some fat busting show on ch4 atm...its got that Gillian McKeith woman on it (the scottish one that seems only to eat beans).

Does anyone else find her feckin irritating?

Shes just asked some fat market seller dude whats got more calories, a bacon roll or pasta and said "you'll know"...

She deserves a SLAP IMO!

And as for the pasta v bacon roll thing, I imagine it would depend on portion size and whether you've gone for a cheese sauce on the pasta ;) :P
