Thought this might interest you guys.

I bought Andyvalvers high miler valver in august, with the plan to drop a 2 litre in. I drove it for 6k and the original engine clocked up 170k and was still going lol.

But during this time, I had aquired a full megane f7r lump with high miles, so decided to go for a full rebuild, using the megane head.

Anyway I had the megane head rebuild with new valves etc and the head machined to take the valver dizzy, and the bottom ends had a complete rebuild, honed bores etc.

MickPM did all the work on her and built the engine up, he's done a crackin job and it pulls like a train up to 4k, need to run her in for a few hundred miles more!

One interesting thing you may notice is that the megane inlet manifold has been used, but with the valver throttle body, its not a straight fit lol, had to have some billet aluminium cnc'd to make an adapter, has been flow tested and is very good.

Heres some quick pics anyway, is a bit tidier now than on these pics as have been having a day of tidying things up :)
