I managed to get one off a 16v the other day hence my post earlier concerning whther it woudl go on ok. I dont think ill need to replace it (i know a guy who will check ur battery and alternator) - but if it is on its way out id like to replace it myself.
think is, when I took if off the 16v, even with the bumper n bonnet off was still reeeeeal difficult, if I recall we had to jack the shell up and rock the engine back.
so, is there a much easier way? not much room in this bays!
