View Full Version : Fitting A Snowboard Into A Williams?

Can anyone advise how a snowboard can be fitted into a Williams? It has been a few years since I was last in one and I can't remember just how much space there was in the back. I would imagine that there is no issue putting one diagonally across the back seats, but on a single seat? or better yet from the boot forward with a seat folded flat?

4.3m plank :?: is yours a tardis? or did you chop it up first or something? you can't even get a 2.4m piece of wood in as i've tried it!

2.4m or 8ft will just about fit, absolutely no chance on a 4.3 m one lol

Thanks, only looking for about 1.7m, though 4.3m must be handy come Christmas tree time

I've got an Alfa 156 as my runabout at present and some muppet in Italy thought it would be a good idea to have fixed back rear seats  so the board has to use both back seats. There is a ski hatch, but it just isn't big enough to fit a board (with bindings on it) through.
