Hi guys, just need some advice please. My Clio failed its MOT on the following:
"Steering system has excessive free play detected at steering wheel, steering rack fitted"
I've spoke with the garage and they say they think it's the steering column... is there anyway of testing if it's the rack or column? If it is the column I've read on here that they can be welded? Would this be suitable to get it through the MOT?
