Front brakes have been making a bit of a grinding sound the last few days so think its time to fit some new pads (hopefully not discs aswell but if im to late, then they'll have to be changed as well). So what pads have people found to be good with standard discs? Or maybe just drilled or grooved discs but nothing too uprated? Im not overly concerned about brake dust, as the car gets washed at least weekly so will hopefully prevent to much of a build up of dust on the wheels.
I've heard a few good things about Pagid pads, any others worth looking at?

My set up is pagid front pads, and std Brembo discs, next time i'm gonna try the Brembo max ones and compare, IMO its well worth paying teh little extra for the quality you get from Brembo, even for standard items

Never had the DS2500s fade, nor lock up. I'll be byuying them again that's for sure.

They were about £60-70 delivered frm motorsportworld.

I don't rate the Brembo Max discs. Although I'll have to reserve judgement until I fit my braided hoses, change fluid and put some different pads on. The brakes are shit on the williams compared to my 16v. Until I have the same set up apart from discs I can't truly comment.

My 16v brakes were immense, especially with the ferodo pads, 20 groove discs and goodrich hoses.

I have Brembo Max Discs and Standard front pads.. standard discs on back with standard pads and the braking, IMO, is really good.

Loads of people seem to find the Williams brakes crap tho.. dunno why.. must be something causing it; cus' some are mint, some are crap.

Can't wait to see Mark_Ritchspeed's 4 Pots tho on Mat's Williams.. bet they good.
