spigot rings / where from ?

i am struggling locating a set of spigot rings
with 65.1mm to 60.1mm reduction.

any ideas where i can get a set of the shelf preferably in some sort of metal rather than plastic ??

Halfords sell them specifically for wheels, last time i asked team dynamics they said halfrod were the only place to get them

yeah i can get most sizes on ebay as well but the wheels i
need these for are pretty rare jap shizz and i am quite sure halfords
will not have them :? will still ask though :P

me reckons they will have to be custom made in
a metal work shop , ouuuchh :titanic:
