Service History and Renault Docs

I'd like some!

Basically, I bought my Williams without any service history (came with loads of invoices though), or the owners manuals etc. and I wanted to know if there is a way of obtaining past history.I know that with BMWs you can ask a dealer and they can access the service history of the car on their database. Is this possible with Renault, or am I asking to much of them :roll:

And does anyone know how I can get my hands on a manual and the rest of the stuff you usually get with the car. Perhaps trying to find a written-off one and taking it from that?

luckily ive got the lot! :wink: the renault wallet,servicing book(stamped up to date!!!) and ive also got the seperate 8 page renault supplement that was supplied with every williams! best bet mate is try e bay for the handbooks etc etc!

just general for all the williams' think i paid about £20 for it! was shipped from singapore tho???

My first 16v service book had gone missing so I bought a service book from Renault but is has 'Duplicate' written across the front, then I went to the service desk and they stamped it with the mileages and dates, I was lucky all the services had been done at Reno.

For the extra books I'd say keep your eye out on Ebay they do come up once in a blue moon otherwise contact j3ned he has a written off Williams atm and may have some of the books.

A Renault main dealer should be able to print out the details of all the work they've carried out on the car. Not sure though if they will only hold details of work done at that particular garage, or if one garage can give you the complete history

I'm also lucky that my 16v has come with ALL the history and a full Renault stamped service book.
I also have the sales brochure and a folder of reciepts for the services etc since I have owned it.
