I've got an engine sitting in the garage.

It hasn't been run for a couple of years i reckon and its been left with the TB off and the exhaust manifold off so there quite a few cobwebs on it.

Question is...given that its probably got a few insects crawled inside is there any risk to firing it up? I'm obviously going stick the dyson into the ports and do the best i can but is there anything to worry about byond that?

i.e something blocking a valve closing etc?

before u start it up just wind it over by hand a couple of times, should b alrite aslong as u'v stuck the hoover in the ports and that.

Just thought i'd ask...theres spiders as big as my hand in my garage atm! Don't fancy one of those getting in the way...
