Hi, last nite i have cracked my sump. and i was wondering if a F7R sump will fit on a F7P engine? I cant see what the difference would be!?

I urgently need my car on the road and this would be a quick fix for me as i have the F7R sump on my other engine!

Can anyone please help me?

Cheers in advance

i Think the F7R 700 and 710 sumps are the same as the alloy valver ones, the williams sump does have a baffle in it tho...

Gotta Practically take the engine out to change the sump, might as well drop your f7r in there 8)

Drop subframe and drop sump off, can prolly even get away with half taking subframe off

they 100% fit, i had a sump with a different part number to replace one that was cracked on the old valver (had a williams sump on it) so it does fit! so yes i can 100% say it does! use the dipstick from the donor engine so its correct for the sump. job done. but as said you do need to lift the engine or drop the frame to get it in and its a tight fit
