how do you change the ignition barrel ?

just got a new set of locks and keys for my clio mk1 and i need to change the ignition barrel how do i change it and is it hard ?

As long as you have still got the key for the old ignition that is in the barrel it is not too hard - you need to turn the key to an unlocked position to release the steering lock before the lock assembly will slide out of the barrel. Need to take off a bit of plastic trip above and below, remove a screw and unplug a couple of connectors.
