Number plate lights

Lauras Williams is in for its mot this afternoon and they dont work!

I have replaced the clusters, the bulbs are not blown! Is there a fuse for them? If so where abouts is it, as i have no way of telling with this car :(

Any other ideas is apreciated!!

the tail light plug that leads to the bumper on the Lh side cluster? is that connected?? i think the circuit is in with the rear lights so if the rear lights are working ok it has to be from the lh cluster to the number plate lights...
