Any mobile phone gurus on here (6230i question)?

Righty, i've got a nokia 6230i and i want to upgrade the SD memory card on it.

Nokia states 512mb is the max but i've already got a 2Gb card in and running.

I've heard a few people sucessfully going to 4Gb but does anyone know if i can go further?

I've tried searching the forums but all the topics seem to predate the arrival of the new cards on the market so there isn't much info.... :?

find the biggest card on ebay, but if you get a 4gb card and use all the space, it'll just make the phone slow, but it'll still work

why do you need more than 2 gig tho????? ive got 1 gig in my N70 and thats ample enough

Just for convenience really.

I've got space left on my 2gb card but it'd be good to have a bit more so i could transport stuff home from work as well as having it store music.

thing to remember with these small memory cards is the bigger the memory on them the more unstable they can become
