think its a 60.1mm bore centre with an et 36 offset and a 100mm pcd. i think there a 6.5 X 15 wheel.

clio wheels fit straight onto polo, put my old RT steelies on my H reg polo, was a bit wobbly above 70 tho as i didnt run spigots lmao :P

most after market wheels come with the largest sized centre hole possible so they fit all cars then have a small plastic/alloy small round spacer/spigot that allows smaller hub centre wheels to locate on the hub also.
