Depends what you want from it and what you wanna do with the car......the above is a very open question

Got 3 optioins depending on how much you wanna spend then

1) std springs with uprated shocks - cheap option

2) uprated shocks with custom, higher poundage springs - bit more expensive

3) go the whole hog and get coilovers - expensive option

optioin 1 seems to be best for me.What are the best shocks to go for and where to buy

172 springs are identical to williams springs are they not?

Very happy with my setup, for what I use it for.

I run standard springs with koni adjustables all round. Run the back ones on the middle setting and the front ones on soft

gives lots of confidence and follows rough, rolling roads very well.

Its more about deciding what type of roads you normally drive on, or what you want to do with it.

If you are driving along alot of good A roads and track work go with uprated springs and set shockers stiffer

Buy brand new standard stuff - if you've been happy all this time why change it?

I run standard springs with koni adjustables all round.
Are these the koni yellow adjustables for the Williams? Do you have the model number? Cheers.

Sorry purple I run these on a 16v not williams. Couldn't bring myself to use a williams unless I find one for the right price :D

But the codes are K-8710-1301Sport for the fronts and K-26-5001Sport for the rears

Done a couple of events and quite a few miles with them now and couldnt fault them yet
