Just want to see what you guys think.

It's been 3 days and 2 ebay messages since I won the item. How long more should wait before taking action? What can ebay do?

Or do I just leave it be, since I haven't paid yet and can easily auction for another item?

Is there any danger of the seller turning around and spoiling my 100% positive feedback?

3 days is not long enough imo ,wait to hear from him first
and keep an eye on his ebay actions in the meantime .

spoiling your 100% feedback works both ways ,so i guess
its a matter of how good his feedaback is ,cause he wont want that
ruined either if its solid .
on the other hand getting 1 neg feedback wont kill you
i have over 300 positive feedbacks on ebay and only 1 neg from
a seller that is noit registered on ebay anymore
i dont loose sleep over it though .

its xmas so you have to put that into the mix, give it a few days and see what happens. They wont give you negative feedback as you can prove you sent emails asking about the said item through 'my messages' on your myebay column.

i had to wait 2 weeks for a bloke to come back from holiday.

depends how badly you want the item.

ebay isnt good for the buyer.
