oil leak?

Just noticed what i think is an oil leak from the front drivers side corner of my car. appears to be leaking through a plastic cover with vents in it? it sits underneath or near the fog light i think. havnt had a proper chance to look at it yet so Im unsure where its leaking from. any quick ideas? its not a serious leak yet

its where the charcoal cannister sits i believe.

might just need a good service as there shouldn,t be oil here really.

think the cannister can be drained during service... :?
