The Williams rear calipers are the same as valver ones are they not??

Halfords list a different pad for the williams at nearly 3x the price!! The listed pads for the 172 are the same as valver 1's.

Can anyone clear it up?

Won't make a difference to pads mate, just discs on rear and hubs on front

makes a difference to aftermarket pads, look in the Ferodo book

also makes a difference to OE pads

>95 they are 7701204036
95> they are 7701204626

some pads are very thin, some are like normal

theres 2 types of both pads and calipers i've seen, all fit into each other so no real issue but one type is held with clips n bar etc and the other has 2 torx screws that hold the outer pad in

IIRC FDB877 are the ones with the torx screws

The torx bolts are pointless anyway, just get the cheapest ones.
