what are the best uprated gaskets?

spresso make good ones, but if ur engines standard and no major mods planned then pretty pointless, if the engines in good nick and not overheating etc then the standard gasket is fine, fit an uprated one to an engine thats not runnin right will only cover up underlying issues

I just used a bga one, gaskets are of good quality, mill autos do them, can get part numbers for bga ones if you want

Well im buildong a up a f7r engine at the min, will be getting head work and then cams at some point, so will be hopefully 180 ish, so thinking a better gasket would be needed. But if its not an essential at that sort of power then theres no need.

Standard gasket will be fine on that.
