Could anyone help?
Our car was kept in a secure garage. We now have to park it on the road outside our house. We don't use it daily so it is stood for quite a few days at a time. I thought about buying a steering lock to make it harder to steal. The car has an alarm and Toad immobiliser fitted.

Can anyone suggest anything we could buy that would be effective?
Thanks

Immobiliser and all that will do the job I reckon but you could get a disklok (spelling)

Chunky mofo and apparently one of the hardest steering wheel locks to remove.

Won't stop it going walkies if someone really wants it but then not much will...

Remove the king lead also. That way if anyone does brake off the disklok they aint going anywhere without a towtruck!

get a raid snap off steering wheel and simpyl remove it... take the stereo out if it has one and leave the glove box open - empty, to show there is nothing left in it so people will be detered to break in to see whats in it, remove the rear parcel shelf too to show the boot is empty.. drastic i know, but i used to live in Hull..... haha

either that or simply remove the battery and leads (just remember which ones go where!), not a big deal.

I think you can also lift the rear seat and remove the lead that goes to the petrol pump, can't you?

Used to take the rotor arm off old cars to immobilise them
