WC Calender now ready

The official williams clio 2008 calender is now ready to be purchased,
it is A4 size, full colour, thin card with a hanging hook

the price is £4.50 inc postage
i will set up a pay pal account for the monies to be transfered,
can you stick your names down please so i no how many to ask the printers to print. as ill be paying for these out of my back pocket if you put your name down please be sure you can pay for it.

Err thats wrong.

Taylor took a photo of mine and used it without asking. I never asked for it to be removed. There are plenty of my photos on here, you just used one without asking and blamed it on me lying about it all. Common courtesy would be nice. Remember Taylor you did say "so if i like a picture you post on here i will pm you my email address for the high res version.
please dont post pictures if you do not have a highres verion of the image ". You never did and I asked why.....

All I wanted to know was what photos of mine Taylor had used- I wasn't told. At the end of the day Taylor should have asked for permission. I Never asked for them to be removed.

The photo used WAS NOT in that thread, it was taken from elsewhere. Its asking for consent that annoys me.

No you are wrong 2lives, we have had issues like this on RSC. It is the responsibility of the person using the photo or picture to find out if it belongs to someone else. Any picture taken by a person becomes their 'property' and can charge what is a reasonable rate if used without or with permission.

Forums cant control what other people post, but in products they sell, as with any business, they can only use material that belongs to themselves.

If you go find a picture off the net and use it to make money, the owner can send you a bill at any time, as in effect you are making money out of their time and effort.

Even if you use these picture, unless you have a signed contract waving payment, the owners can request a share of any monnies accrued at any time in the future. Even in 50 years time.

So be careful.

Permission should be given for any photo being used to be replicated/duplicated, but i'd have thought that posting a picture in the calender thread is effecively giving permission for it to be used. :? To be honest im not 100% happy with the way some things have been done, and the manner in which they were done, but at the end of the day we should be thanking Taylor for her hard work and effort. :D
