No spark

Put a williams engine in a valver today both engines where working when in the cars.

The hybrid now dosnt have a spark what should i check ?

that the loom is plugged in the correct plug on the coil (one is blank) failing that dizzy, rotor, leads plugs

checked all of that its fine

could it be anything to do with the imobaliser

could be if its disarmed (obviously) have you used the loom from the engine or from the car?

you might need to revert back to the 16v loom then, if you compare the loom connections(brown and white blocks) they can vary in pin locations, causing problems!
