Nope, one of the flanges is on a different angle,

as said, valver cat/decat part of the exhaust has flanges at 90 degrees to one another, the willy one is offset by 45, better design imo as you can get to the bolts! :lol: but basically a valver decat wont fit on a willy downpipe and vice-versa. cat back part of the exhaust is same on both
