Took the engine out yesterday, and found the engine mount to the left of the engine under the plastic cover (if you look at the car from the front) has come off its rubber.
Do i need a full new mount? or just the bottom bit? and where is cheapest place to get 1?
get a full new one from renault at 96 quid
Don't really know the answer to your question, but what I can say through experience, if the engines out, replace the mounts.
A little money spent here, can save shit loads later on....

if it needs welding then it aint a problem
Not a problem for me as i don't have PAS 8)
iirc you have a couple of metal clips you'll need to bend to get the old one off, dunno if new one has a provision for it, can always weld it on lol
in general the GSF mounts are not as good and wont last like the genuine ones do
where exactly are you from, i work @ Renault in St Helens, ill do you a mount for £84 inc VAT
