I've got a plip here if you want it? £10 Its got 2 holes drilled in the plip. Only on the bit you press. It was screwed into my roof lining on my old 16v to stop the immobiliser arming thus allowing remote start to work.

You just need to get a key cut (£3/4) and screw it into plip then get it programmed. Ideal as a spare. Can always get a new little cover for plip and it'd be spot on.

What do you mean once they have been done?

Its a good plip with my old key in. It was programmed for my old car and worked fine. No reason why it won't work once programmed.

So you open your key get the code, then program your new key to the code from old key. I paid Renault £30 to program 3 keys. I actually bought the 3rd key form ebay to bastardise and put in my roof lining.
