Something tells me someones trying to pull someones pants down and bend them over a rather high stool!

Here we have a williams 3, apparently

1993 - williams 3?

Phase 1 side strips!

Phase 1 boot strip!

Looks like a phase 1 interior to me!

Looks like a re-spray to me!

Cant see any decals!

Wheres the wheels!?

Standard dials!

Thats definately a 16v!

If thats a real williams (which I doubt) its the most ruined and terrible example Ive ever seen!!!

he hasnt put it in the listing title as a williams 3, so fair game I say. Dont know why he's put williams 3 on there though, unless hes had it sprayed in that particular blue...

No, he says its a williams 3, 2.0, and goes on to explain incorrectly that a Williams uses a 2.0 megane F7R engine. WRONG. The megane 2.0 16v engine is the engine from the WILLIAMS, not the other way round. Academic I know, but still the truth.

Title says 16v, true, but description is misleading and untrue.

If it has been converted to 2.0 then the car change needs to have been registered with the DVLA as well, which it hasnt.

It's adverts like this that cause people a lot of trouble, including the seller.

i dont think its that bad. he never says A williams hs that engine in it, only that that particular one. I dont know, i see worse all the time. Escort rs cosworth 1.4. for example, you see that and think right, its a 1.4 with a bodykit. If you buy that thinking its a williams you well and truely deserve to get done over, you are expected to do a bit of homework really. as for informing the dvla? hmm perhaps you're right there. but then again, you do a dvla/hpi check on the vehicle anyway....so it makes little odds, you'll find out by whatever means. My williams was described as a williams 3 2.0 16v in advert, but i still did a check....so makes no difference. I dont think hes been that misleading. by the sounds of the advert, i dont think he really understands how he might in any way be misleading.
