got a complete ignition barrel and x2 connectors ? is it as simple as unconnecting the others and replacing it with this one ?

not really. think you have a few things to do to get the barrel out..

There's a small screw underneath you need to remove, then with the keys in on the start position (i think) press in the metal clip and pull the barrel out.
